Random Acts of Kindness

Back in 2015, a teacher told me if you give a high five to somebody that person will smile and she called it a random act of kindness. She told us that when you do kind acts towards others, those people are going to react in a positive and kind way.

Towards the middle of that year, the teacher called Ms. Moore created a club with the same name, and I joined. In that club we help the janitors of the school to clean up, baked cookies for the security guards, helping the librarians to organize the books in the library. This made me realize that there are people that are not as wealthy as me but still should be treated like me.

This continues to make my world open up, which is a good thing, because I realize that if I wish to make a difference, then I need to take actions and do things that affect the community in positive ways.

To do that, I continue to be a more friendly and open-minded person.
