Just Keep Swimming
Back on the first days of February, I had a muscle strain which made no move for the whole month. I had to have physiotherapy for the next two months, and I couldn't do any physical activity for a long while because the leg strain was 3x3cm.
Later in the year, my doctor told me that I could do a physical activity, which was swimming. Swimming is something that I enjoy I had been doing it since I was six months old and practice it for my entire life, so I thought that it was going to be great and it was going to be easy.

Swimming is a very demanding sport, which made it difficult for me to practice it. But I went every day to practice and get better, which shows my perseverance, and that is a CAS learning Outcome, soon enough, I was starting to get better, and all those activities that I thought were impossible to do, it became easier to do, this also shows that even though I had this big challenge because of my leg I manage it to undertake it and that is another CAS learning Outcome.

After practicing my leg is 100% recovered and I am ready for the summer to do more sports and have a healthy life style.
